Hi, I’m Val.
After working in commercial building and maintenance my entire life, I narrowed my focus to radon mitigation.
I was certified as a Radon Mitigation Tech in December 2004, so we have now been installing radon mitigation systems for over 15 years in Minnesota and Western Wisconsin. Starting 2020, we are working only in Wisconsin.
We are a small, family business. I personally perform and supervise each job. My son Jamison works with me. While out on a job, the rest of the family is keeping the other aspects of the business going: shipping DIY radon mitigation kits and keeping our websites (radonrx.com, indoor-air-health-advisor.com and shopradon.com) up and running.
System Installation
We strive to install a radon mitigation system that not only reduces your radon level, but that is aesthetically pleasing and quiet. To achieve this, we prefer to run the entire system withing the house whenever possible.
Our construction experience comes in handy to make sure your system is installed in the best possible way. We install in one day.

Our business carries Commercial General/Pollution/Professional Liability Insurance.
We are members of the American Association of Radon Scientists and Technologists (AARST).
Estimates
I do most estimates over the phone. With some basic information about your home, I can usually give you an estimate without personally inspecting your home.
Of course, if I’m unsure about the details, we will gladly come out and give you a free estimate.
